Brain death
For the purpose of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Act, brain death (brain death) means the brain (including brain stem) of a person who is receptive and Responsive activity is stopped so that it cannot be brought back to working condition, as well as eye movement, corneal reflex, swallowing ability and motor activity.
